Our complex houses four ballrooms, 12,000 to 100,000 square feet, with general session capacities up to 10,000. All ballrooms have high ceilings, and some offer adjacent outdoor terraces, rooftop gardens and/or spectacular views of Lake Michigan and the City of Chicago. In addition to the ballrooms, general sessions can be presented in Chicago's largest legitimate theater, the Arie Crown: 4,249 seats, state-of-the-art sound and lighting, with one of the largest proscenium stages in the country.
McCormick Place ballrooms, with their elegant yet contemporary décor, are also well suited to banquets. The Skyline Ballroom, for instance, is Chicago's largest with a banquet capacity of 5,550 guests. Food and beverage is provided by SAVOR... Chicago.
Within close proximity to each ballroom are sets or "packages" of meeting rooms, creating self-contained, conference center-quality space for sales meetings, user conferences, product launches, training sessions, etc.
The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is also part of our campus, with a conference center offering 28 meeting rooms, all connected to the Grand Concourse by an enclosed skybridge so your entire meeting can be contained under one roof.
