Event Planning - Rate Information

As a special consideration to event organizers, rates for utility services used in exhibit halls for management areas (management booths, internet cafes, etc.) are provided at a 50% discount from the standard rates extended to exhibitors. In addition, utilities installed in meeting rooms are provided at an additionally substantial discount.

Labor rates charged to planners/show management are billed at straight time, regardless of when the work is done. Overtime/double time rates may be incurred on last minute onsite requests.

Meeting Room Rate Sheet: Outlines items that are included in the meeting room license price as well as costs for additional equipment/services.

Exhibit Hall Utility Services Sheet: Outlines costs for equipment/services typically requested by event organizers for their activities on the show floor, in public space or in meeting rooms when used as offices, i.e., not as a session room.

Internet Services: Outlines services and rates typically requested by event organizers. To obtain a specific proposal contact your Event Manager.
