For over 30 years, we have built our reputation on providing show organizers and exhibit managers great experiences and world-class food. The culinary team and experienced sales staff of SAVOR…Chicago have created custom menus to successfully support world-class events to suit any need and budget, whether it be for some Local Chicago flare such as a custom bite size Taste of Chicago Menu for the 2012 NATO Summit, new trends such as Asian Steamed Buns, or custom themed menus for exhibitors who want to drive traffic to their booth.

Chef Michael Kingsley, Director of Culinary Services joined SAVOR…Chicago with 14 years of culinary leadership with world famous cultural destinations, hotels and country clubs. An accomplished Le Cordon Bleu trained Executive Chef, Kingsley has lead culinary operations for high profile landmarks including the Chicago Botanic Gardens, Museum of Science and Industry, John G. Shedd Aquarium, and the Indianapolis Children's Museum.
