Technology Service & Guidelines

McCormick Place Technology Services Department provides onsite internet, telecommunications, and cable television services. From the time you place your order through move out, our experienced staff is here to serve you in a professional, efficient, and user-friendly manner.

Technical AssistantWith our team, you will receive:

A Skilled Workforce: All technology utility work is conducted by members of Chicago’s professional exhibition industry workforce.

Personal Service:  Our Customer Service Managers are available to assist with planning and ordering your technology needs.  Our team will be available on show site during move-in and move-out at the Technology Services Desk in the Exhibitor Service Center.

On-Site Technical Assistance: Our IT Technical Support Staff is available to you as well. They can assist with most troubleshooting and computer configuration issues.

Our goal is to make your exhibit experience a successful one!

McCormick Place offers a comprehensive manual for exhibitors with important information needed to exhibit in our complex.  Our Technology Services Ordering Guide and Facility Information is included in the Exhibitor Kits provided to you by your Show Organizer. Our Guide provides general booth tips and money saving ideas, information about service offerings, facility regulations, and fire safety regulations – all in one easy-to-read manual. We encourage a thorough review of this guide.

In addition, to save money, be sure to order by the deadline date.
