We have a team of Service Managers especially assigned to your event. The Service Managers are available in your pre-planning stage, on the show floor during move-in, and through the move-out of your event.
Pre-Planning: A Service Manager may call you prior to move in for various reasons. Some examples would be to clarify an item on your internet and telecommunication order, to inquire about a payment or simply to introduce themselves. However, should you need assistance, just contact us at email@example.com or call 312-791-6113.
On-Site Assistance: Our Service Managers are ready to assist you on-site. They will be located at the McCormick Place Technology Services Desk located in the Exhibitor Service Center. If you have a question or dispute with your service order or the laborer, please go directly to the on-site Technology Service Desk for assistance.
Billing Inquiries: The Service Managers will email an on-site billing statement after the show opens. This enables you to discuss any billing issues prior to leaving our facility. If you have additional questions when you are back in the office, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 312-791-6113.
